Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with RoseHouse Fortune. We take great pride in delivering premium eternal roses and unique floral gifts to our valued customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Return Window

We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return, but only under the following conditions.

✅ Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Be in its original condition, unused and unworn

  • Include original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at sales@rosehousefortune.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

⚠️ Important: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Eternal roses (boxed, jarred, or domed)

  • Floral gift sets (with candles or accessories)

  • Personalized or custom arrangements

  • Sale items or gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria above.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
